Hospitality Pathway
The Hospitality Pathway teaches students the fundamentals of the hospitality industry. It teaches them sanitation skills, safety skills, basic culinary skills and baking skills. Skills developed in this pathway are critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, communication, positive work ethic and other important skills that can be expanded on to hold a career in the food industry and many others. Students have the opportunity to learn management skills while working hands-on in the classroom coffee shop.
