STEP 1: Confirm you live within PHS boundaries

STEP 2: Gather and scan all documents. You will need the following items:

  •  Proof of birth
  •  Immunization Record
  •  Proof of address (current/recent rental/lease agreement, utility bill)
  •  Parent/Guardian ID
  •  Court Orders (if applicable)

STEP 3: Create an Aeries account to begin the enrollment

  • Once your student is enrolled, you will be contacted by a member of the enrollment team and by the student’s counselor. 

If you have withdrawal grades and/or unofficial transcripts from the previous school, please send them to our registrar at the following email address: rosario.munguiavaldez@sbcusd.k12.ca.us
