SBCUSD Enrollment
Welcome to the 2023-24 school year! San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) has moved to online enrollment for all new and returning students attending a SBCUSD elementary, middle, and high school.
You will need the following documents to enroll:

Proof of birth (birth certificate, passport, hospital certificate)

Immunization Record

Proof of address (current/recent rental/lease agreement, utility bill)

Legal Identification of the Parent/Guardian (or Education Right's Holder)

Court Orders (if applicable)
-
Transcripts and drop grades (if applicable)
Enroll Online! The enrollment process can all be done online without the need to come into the office. See the instructions below.

STEP 1: Confirm you live within PHS boundaries

STEP 2: Gather and scan (take a picture of) all documents. You will need the following items:
- Proof of birth
- Immunization Record
- Proof of address (current/recent rental/lease agreement, utility bill)
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Court Orders (if applicable)
STEP 3: Create an Aeries Enrollment account to begin the enrollment
