SBCUSD Enrollment

Welcome to the 2023-24 school year! San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) has moved to online enrollment for all new and returning students attending a SBCUSD elementary, middle, and high school. 

You will need the following documents to enroll: 

  • Proof of birth (birth certificate, passport, hospital certificate)

  • Immunization Record

  • Proof of address (current/recent rental/lease agreement, utility bill)

  • Legal Identification of the Parent/Guardian (or Education Right's Holder)

  • Court Orders (if applicable)

  • Transcripts and drop grades (if applicable) 
     

Enroll Online! The enrollment process can all be done online without the need to come into the office. See the instructions below. 

Online Process:

STEP 1: Confirm you live within PHS boundaries

STEP 2: Gather and scan (take a picture of) all documents. You will need the following items:

 - Proof of birth

 - Immunization Record

 - Proof of address (current/recent rental/lease agreement, utility bill)

 - Parent/Guardian ID

 - Court Orders (if applicable)
 

STEP 3: Create an Aeries Enrollment account to begin the enrollment

  • If you have withdrawal grades and/or unofficial transcripts from the previous school, please send them to our registrar at the following email addresses: rosario.munguiavaldez@sbcusd.k12.ca.us
